“Wild Flower: The True Story of a Romanian Girl in Africa”, recounts the breathtaking life of African-Romanian woman who, after escaping Ceaușescu’s terrible dictatorship, and the harmful traditional practice of female genital mutilation in Sierra Leone found her call, as activist and spokesperson, in the first against FGM.

Soprano Kyaunnee Richardson will be joining Teatro Nuovo as a Studio Artist for their Summer Program 2023. Rounding out the summer season, Kyaunnee returns to Opera Orlando as a special guest for their week long summer program Opera Orlando Sings! And rounding out the summer season, Kyaunnee joins the Savannah VOICE Festival singing the roles of Kate Pinkerton in Puccini’s Madama Butterfly and reprising Donna Elvira in Mozart’s Don Giovanni.
